Refund & Returns Policy

At Read Haven, every hamper is prepared with care and attention. Since our products are custom-curated and gift-ready, we follow a transparent and simple return policy.
1. Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our hampers, we currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered, unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
2. Refunds for Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or broken, we offer a full refund. To claim:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery 
- 
Share clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged item 
- 
We’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days 
📌 Note: No claims will be accepted after the 24-hour window.
3. Order Cancellations
- 
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. 
- 
Once the hamper is being prepared, cancellations will not be accepted. 
4. Non-Refundable Items
- 
Custom or personalized hampers 
- 
Orders delivered without any reported damage 
- 
Delays caused by courier services (outside our control)
